Methanation Catalyst
BS-MCJ103 methanation catalyst takes alumina as carrier and nickel as active components and promoter. The catalyst has excellent crushing strength and lower loss on attrition and outstanding low-temperature reaction active. It also has very good thermal stability. The life of the product is longer than the similar products 30% which is more than 5 years.
We can provide the catalyst in pre-reduced state or oxidation state.
Application: it is mainly used for hydrogenation into methane from carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in affluent, such as mixed gases of hydrogen-nitrogen in synthetic ammonia process or hydrogen-rich gases. The product has been successfully used in several industrial units over the world.
