Methanation Catalyst
1. Description
Application: primary used transfer carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in affluents to hydrogenation methane which like mixed gases of hydrogen-nitrogen in synthetic ammonia process or hydrogen-rich gases. This product has been successfully used in several industrial devices over the world.
This methanation catalyst takes alumina as carrier and nickel as active components and promoter . The catalyst has excellent crushing strength and lower loss on attrition and outstanding low-temperature reaction activity. It also has very good thermal stability. The life of the product is longer than the similar products by 30% i.e. more than 5 years. We can provide the catalyst in pre-reduced state or oxidation state.
